Job Description:

Your main role as a Chinese translation in Urdu would be to translate written or spoken content accurately and effectively between Chinese and English, as well as between Urdu and Chinese, etcetera. As such, you will help fill the communication ‘gap’ so as to encourage mutual understanding between people or entities working in different ‘linguicide’ environments. Some of the items your work may involve include documents, emails, websites, marketing collateral, legal documents, technical content, and various other materials.

Responsibilities For Chinese translation in Urdu:

1. Ensure effective translation from Chinese into English or Urdu/English from spoken or written form in full with no faults, clarity of meaning and proper context.
2. Ensure correct translation of cultural references and colloquial expressions by understanding both Chinese and English cultures.
3. Be sure to proofread and edit your translations for proper grammar punctuation to maintain clarity throughout.
4. Work closely with clients, project managers, and fellow team members in order to explain project requirements, identify possible difficulties, as well as to always provide top-quality translated materials.
5. Handling several translation projects with time management, prioritization of tasks as per urgency.
6. Support in performing different tasks within the company such as interpretation as required during meetings or conferences.
7. Make sure that the final translated text fulfills the company’s quality criteria and provides or surpasses the expectations of a customer.

Qualifications For Chinese translation in Urdu:

1. Both Chinese and English, native-like language skills.
2. However, a Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, or any other related field is highly desirable, competent equivalent experience shall also be accepted.
3. It is advantageous to have past experiences like that of being a professional translator, either as a free-lance translator or within a translation agency.
4. One should have proficiency with translation tool and others to be competent.
