Job Description:

You will serve as a Marketer for our company, and in this capacity, you will be instrumental in helping people and enterprises secure their assets and minimize risks using our wide variety of insurance products. In this role, your duties will be to develop and sustain business connections with clients, offer them recommendations on the coverage they desire, and provide tailored policy choices to meet those specifications. Your primary duties will include:

Important Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition: Be proactive by going after new client acquisition opportunities with various sources including referrals, networking events and phone calling potential prospects.
  2. Consultative Selling: Conduct the cases and face to face interview of clients’ insurance requirements as per the demands and check their risk profile. Personalize their insurance solutions to closely relate to their circumstances.
  3. Policy Management: Assist clients to understand various details of their insurance policies such as how each policy works, coverages, exclusions and the premiums they need to pay. Keep oneself up-to-date regarding shifts in insurance rules and products being offered for clients to have a clear picture.
  4. Customer Service: Give excellent service to customers by answering clients’ questions, addressing problems, and making processing for renewing or changing policies promptly and correctly. Creating signature for clients by gaining rapport and trust will result in building long-term relationships.
  5. Cross-Selling and Upselling: Establish the ability to cross-promote or up-promote additional insurance services having different specifications corresponding to existing clients’ state of change according to their needs.
  6. Team Collaboration: Team up with your associates, that is the underwriters and the reports of claims, to make direct communication and the effective processing of policies and claims.
