Main Duties as an Administrator:
1. To offer the easiest IT support possible to visitors and co-workers within the appointed functional area (helpdesk, operations, and networks).
2. Holding eyes on the workings of the networks, servers, workstations, and reporting any anomalies to the functional IT manager.
3. Keeps up-to-date IT knowledge to provide continual service enhancement for users.
4. A broad of understanding the computer hardware and software ideas.
5. Completes important duties as required to support the team’s work.
About You:
The following qualifications and experience will make the best applicant for this role,
Degree or diploma in an IT-related field.
At least 1 year of experience in an environment that requires practical usage of technical skills or in a network company
Advanced network skills.
Advanced hardware skills.
